How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and fast:

- Include your full name and the M-Pesa phone number or receipt code from your registration.
- We will process your refund directly back to your M-Pesa number within 24 to 48 business hours.
Exceptions
Refunds apply solely to the course registration fee paid to us. We cannot refund ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google, as those funds are spent directly on your third-party ad accounts.
